We offer free shipping on all orders of Rs 1000 and above. For orders of values lower than that, we charge a flat shipping rate of Rs 100 per order.

We ship across the country. In the rare chance that your location is unserviceable by our logistics partners, we will intimate you about it at the earliest and initiate a refund.

Typically, all orders are shipped out within 1-4 working days. While we try to ship all orders at the earliest, the time to dispatch may vary depending on the product.

CANCELLATIONS

In case you change your mind about your order, you can cancel your order within 24 hours. You can contact us by dropping a mail, or get in touch on our phone number. There will be no deductions and the entire amount would be refunded to you.

We cannot take cancelations once the order has been shipped from our end.
RETURNS & REFUND

We do a thorough quality check before shipping out any order. We ensure that we pack each item well so that there is minimum chance of breakage during transit.

However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective piece, or the product received is different from what you ordered, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the product and we'll address your concerns.

In most cases, the order will be reshipped on priority or we will issue a full refund.
